In Western Washington, stormwater management isn’t just good public policy: It’s a vital component in protecting the economy and environment.  WSU’s campus in Puyallup is using innovative techniques to minimize stormwater runoff into nearby creeks and rivers, which ultimately drain into Puget Sound.  Read more about what they’re up to here. 

Several new coral reef fish species are making their debuts this month in a three-volume book set, Reef Fishes of the East Indies.
