HRS is seeking an individual(s) to become a part of our team and restoration family. We would  like to take your energy and skills and put them to work in varied locations throughout the tri county area stretching from Snohomish to Pierce County.  

The chosen crew member will have the following desired qualifications with reasonable accommodations made in order to fulfill the positions requirements.  

Desired Abilities 

-Ability to identify, continually learn to ID plants; and understand the native ecology of the  Pacific Northwest and specifically Western Washington.  

-Ability to learn non-native plants and how to assess the difference between native or non-native.  

-Ability to focus and work in all weather conditions.  

-Ability to carry 15-30 pounds over uneven ground for the workday.  

-Experience operating small engine tools (i.e., brush cutters and hedge trimmers)

-Current WSDA Pesticide Applicators license holder or ability to recertify in a timely manner if  holding a license.  

-At least one season of restoration experience is desired.  

-Current driver’s license holder with the ability to be insured on company trucks and a clean  driving record with access to reliable transportation.  

-Ability to work alone and/or in a team setting and stay highly driven to complete the day’s task.  

Work Details 

HRS is based in SeaTac and job days will start and stop at the shop.  

Workday will be 0700 -5:00pm Monday-Thursday. (4-10’s). Hours may vary dependent upon  weather conditions.  

Two 15-minute paid breaks will be given as well as a 30-minute unpaid lunch.  Compensation will start at $20.00. First review will take place 90 days after hiring.  Please send a resume and a paragraph of why you feel you would be a great team addition to  our restoration family.
