Diversity Committee mission

Diversity and inclusion are critical to the success of this college and the UW. We seek to build and strengthen a college comprised of individuals of various identities and backgrounds by equipping its members with the tools to effectively engage the nuances of their differences.

Meetings, agendas and minutes

The Diversity Committee meets once a month. See the Diversity Calendar for future meeting times and locations.

In addition, the Assistant Dean on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion facilitates quarterly gatherings to advance the conversation on creating and supporting inclusive environments at the different College units. These gatherings provide networking opportunities space to share and discuss resources as well as best practices on how to sustain, nurture and grow diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
